PSVT is a charity, private landlord and is custodian of Port Sunlight, a heritage site, visitor destination, and independent residential and business community. That means, we do a lot! We have around 50 skilled and passionate staff, supported by a growing number of volunteers, who together carry out the vital work we do to make Port Sunlight an inspiring place to live, work and visit. Our teams range from gardeners and visitor services to HR & finance to community engagement.

Casual Visitor Services Assistant

As Visitor Services Assistant, you will help showcase Port Sunlight to all visitors. You will meet and greet group, independent and school visitors, creating a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment for learning, discovery, and enjoyment. You will process all ticket and gift shop transactions and encourage Gift Aid and other types of donations to maximise income.

Pay: National Minimum Wage, rising to match Real Living Wage from April 2025
