Children under 5 and carers accompanying visitors with a disability go free and do not need a ticket.
Accessibility
The route of the tour is mostly flat with some slight slopes and standard pavement crossings. We do not recommend the tour to people with limited mobility due to the consistent pace of the tour. Wheelchair or mobility scooter-users are very welcome and your tour guide will do everything they can to accommodate you. Assistance dogs are welcome. Accessible toilets are available at Port Sunlight Museum.

Dogs
Well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome to join you on the tour. Please be mindful of other guests on the tour and, of course, pick up any dog waste. Only assistance dogs are allowed inside Port Sunlight Museum.
Cancellations and refunds
Please dress appropriately for the weather as our walking tours will go ahead even in rain and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather or where there is a safety concern. If we cancel a walking tour due to bad weather or any other reason, you will be fully refunded or you can choose to move your booking to another date. If a tour is cancelled at short notice and you have already arrived, you will also have the option to receive a free self-guided tour map (depending on stock).
If you can no longer attend your tour for reasons outside of our control, we will not be able to offer a refund, however if you let us know with at least 24 hours notice, you can choose to move your booking to another date. Latecomers will not be given a refund, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your tour begins.
