Port Sunlight Village Trust is dedicated to the conservation and celebration of the extraordinary village of Port Sunlight. With ownership of most of the principal buildings, 289 houses and all of the visible landscape, the Trust has a major role in securing the future of this historic village.

We are now seeking to appoint a highly credible Director of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Leadership Team, to shape and influence corporate strategy and to modernise our Estate based services. Reporting directly to our Chief Executive, you will have responsibility for overseeing our Housing/Property Management, Building Conservation, Landscaping and Estate related services.

Dynamic and ambitious, you will be able to modernise services in your directorate, ensuring they are of the highest quality and in line with customer expectations.

A natural leader and catalyst for change and improvement, you will be able to positively motivate staff and peers across the organisation to achieve tangible outcomes.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a natural team player who demonstrates a passion for achieving results. You will have a flexible and innovative approach and an ability to work at both operational and strategic level.

Salary: circa £35k – £45k (depending on experience)
Basis: full time
